For starters, let me begin by stating I have no idea what I am doing in the kitchen. It was important to choose something that seemed possible and not completely terrifying – which is why I decided to make one of Elvis’s favorite southern desserts banana pudding!
I found a recipe online that was easy to follow and decided to give this series a go. For a while, I wanted to take a few of Elvis’s favorite dishes and make them for my husband. I have continued to put this off for months, out of fear of accidentally poisoning him with my cooking, but now we are both brave enough to try something new!

I am honestly very happy with how it turned out! In the future, if I decided to make this again, I would make sure to have more pudding to make the layers thicker or maybe even just buy instant vanilla pudding!
